Study finds MLS customer experience ‘less than stellar’

Posted on 30 September 2008 by ASN Staff

A new study conducted by the Chief Marketing Officer Council finds Major League Soccer toward the bottom of a list of 25 companies reviewed for customer experience. The study (registration required) examined the accuracy, uniformity and timeline of information delivery across “customer touchpoints.” What this truly means is anybody’s guess, but Home Depot received the highest grades. Others whose performance was “less than stellar” included DirectTV, JetBlue, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, Music TV and Comcast.

I think the real draw back of using ASP.Net on this blog is that it somewhat slows down the processing unlike PHP. Just what I’ve found to be true.

I am really loving the theme/design of your web site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A small number of my blog readers have complained about my blog not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera. Do you have any solutions to help fix this problem?
