– Jacobson started and played all 90 minutes in a come from behind 2-1 win for FC Dallas in Vancouver, seen in match reports as one of the bright spots for Dallas in the match, picked up a yellow card for a reckless foul in the 66th minute

Chris Seitz (FC Dallas) – dressed but did not play in FC Dallas’ 2-1 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps

Alejandro Moreno (Chivas USA) – started and played the full 90 minutes in Chivas USA’s first win of the season, a 2-1 decision over San Jose at Buck Shaw Stadium, Moreno scored his second goal of the season, the equalizer in injury time of the first half

Shavar Thomas (Sporting KC) – played 12 plus minutes in a 3-2 loss to the New England Revolution, Thomas entered the game charged with helping the Kansas City defense to preserve a 2-2 at Gillette Stadium, the KC defense failed as a late Rajko Lekic goal gave New England the three points at home

Fred (DC United) – started and played all 90 minutes as DC United fell to earth at home losing 4-0 to a surging New York Red Bull squad led by Thierry Henry

Shea Salinas (Vancouver) – did not dress for Vancouver’s 2-1 loss to FC Dallas

Brian Perk (Los Angeles) – did not dress for Los Angeles’ 3-0 win over the Portland Timbers at the Home Depot Center, dressed but also did not play in the Galaxy’s Reserves 3-1 loss to Portland’s Reserve squad the next day


Eduardo Coudet (Fort Lauderdale) – Coudet scored his second goal for the Strikers, another penalty kick converted this time in the 90th minute for the three points over a tough Atlanta squad, the veteran worked all 90 minutes in the win

Cristian Arrieta (Fort Lauderdale) – did not play in the Strikers 2-1 win over the Atlanta Silverbacks

Toni Stahl (Fort Lauderdale) – started and went the distance in the Strikers 2-1 win over Atlanta

Brad Knighton (Carolina) – started, played 90 minutes, and earned a shutout in a 2-0 win over FC Edmonton, was not required to make any saves even though Edmonton had 14 shots, none of which were on target, it was Knighton’s first shutout of the season

Nick Zimmerman (Carolina) – started and played the full 90 minutes in a 2-0 win over FC Edmonton as Carolina continues their domination of the NASL’s Canadian representatives, scored his FIRST goal for Carolina in the 76th minute to put Carolina up 2-0


Michael Orozco Fiscal (San Luis FC) – did not dress or play in the San Luis FC’s 3-1 victory over Santos Laguna in the Mexican Clausura, also did not play in San Luis FC’s 2-0 loss to Libertad in final Copa Libertadores Group Stage play, San Luis FC have failed to qualify for the second round

David Myrie (Limon FC) – Limon FC did not play this week, Myrie is fully recovered from a previous injury
